Do your teammates see a prompt to login when trying to view the embedded document or is it just appearing blank? This information will help us take better understand the issue.

Hi Leianne! Yes I’ve tried both embedding the HTML as well as embedding a published link per the Help Center’s instructions. Attached is a screenshot of what my teammate sees.

Could you please ask your teammate to check if they have 3rd party cookies enabled in their browser? This Help Center article has more information about this. If the issue still persists after enabling 3rd party cookies, can you please share a screenshot of the associated Javascript Console output after reproducing the issue? You can open your Javascript Console by pressing Ctrl+Shift+J (if your computer is a Windows/Linux) OR Cmd+Opt+J (if your computer is a Mac).
